Since February is the month of love, there's no better time to show our appreciation. We hope you enjoy these small tokens of thanks for being a part of our family.  Here's just a few things we have planned: Sunday, February 6th  Zumba for Your Heart party 2pm-4pm Open to all, so bring a friend!  Accepting donations for our After School program: snacks, school supplies, paper products, etc. Monday, February 7th  FREE Chick-Fil-A parfaits from 8:00am-11:00am. Tuesday, February 8th FREE Ben & Jerry's Smoothies from 8:00am-11:00am. Sunday, February 13th Heart Smart Cycling Party 1:30pm-5:30pm Sign up for a bike and time at the fitness desk. No cost and bring a friend! Wear your favorite red cycling outfit; we'll have prizes and refreshments! Heart Smart Cardio Fitness Challenge February 1-28 All Y members are encouraged to increase their cardio fitness levels to ensure a strong and healthy heart.  Enter your name each time you visit the Y for your cardio work-out.  Prizes will be drawn for 12 lucky members March 1st.
